Biography:

Ms. Shelke concentrates her practice in medical malpractice and general tort litigation.

Prior to joining Bollinger Connolly Krause, Ms. Shelke served as a Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Bill Taylor. As a Judicial Clerk, Ms. Shelke reviewed all papers submitted to the Court, researched legal issues in commercial litigation, construction litigation and personal injury cases and assisted in writing judicial opinions for all contested motions presented to the Court.

Ms. Shelke's professional experience includes working as a Research Assistant for a Torts and Products Liability professor, a judicial externship with the Hon. Charles P. Kocoras at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and working as a law clerk at several small litigation firms. Ms. Shelke also served as a paralegal for an insurance and reinsurance practice group at two large law firms.

Ms. Shelke coaches the Thomas Tang moot court team for John Marshall Law School.
