Mr. Wolkomir concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, professional negligence, healtcare and privacy law, construction related liability and general tort litigation.

Biography:

Prior to joining the Bollinger firm, Mr. Wolkomir worked as an associate for an insurance defense firm, where he acted as counsel for construction companies, transportation and logistics companies, premises owners, and manufacturers. While in law school, he clerked for a premier personal injury firm, giving him insight into the strategies and theories of his current adversaries.

Presently, Mr. Wolkomir represents product manufacturers, healthcare professionals and organizations, property owners, national corporations and individuals in all manners of tort litigation. He has successfully defended numerous cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries.

Mr. Wolkomir was a part of a litigation team that acheived a defense verdict in a case where plaintiff sued a common carrier for catastrophic injuries and asked the jury for $16 million. More recently, he successfully acheieved dismissal for a national client in a wrongful death case, arguing that plaintiff could not prove causation.
